Export Your Private Key

Wallets have a secret key called "Private key". This is basically the password for a wallet and should never be shared with anyone! Whoever has access to a wallet's private key has also access to the wallet's funds.

We guarantee the safety of user funds on Callisto, but if you expose your private key your funds will not be safe anymore. We use encryption to secure users wallets, so not even the Callisto Team has access to your private keys. If you export your private key we will not be able to guarantee the safety of that wallet anymore.

To export your private key open the /start UI and click the Wallet button. There you can export your private key.
